Broccoli "Zamboni" Heirloom, Open Pollinated, 45 days. The gourmet's choice, it has small leaves & long, tender stems topped with delicate 1" flower bud clusters. Use raw in salads or steamed.
Broccoli Raab, Open Pollinated, 40-70 days. Early non-heading Italian broccoli. Has early spring asparagus-like shoots. Loves cool weather. Harvest often to forestall bolting.
Gai Lohn "Kailaan" Hybrid, 50 days. Broccoli-like vegetable from China. Flowering stalks, young leaves and buds are delicious steamed, boiled or stir-fried.
