Bush Bean Plants available at Belle Vie Gardens

  • Yellow Wax "Nugget", 52 days. Sturdy bush habit with im-pressive yields of 5-6", plump, bright yellow beans with a buttery taste. White seeds.

  • French Filet "Cupidon", 55 days. A gourmet delight. String-less, 6-8" pods are grown on 18-22" plants. Very productive over a long season. Brown seeds.

  • "Roma II", 59 days. Vigorous 20" plants produce large, tender, 6", flat pods that are slow to develop seeds or tough strings. A savory, kitchen garden bean.

  • Italian "Cannellini" Heirloom, 100 days. Very productive 24" plants. Favored for minestrone. A hard to find dry bean.

  • "Tongues of Fire" Unusual, 75 days. Pale green flat pods with red-purple streaks. Very beany flavor. Pick young for snap beans or dry for shell beans. Seeds have red splashes.

  • "Dragon Tongue" Unusual, 95 days. Harvest young when they turn from lime green to buffed yellow with bright purple stripes. Let fully mature for dried beans. Very tasty.

  • "Yin Yang" Unusual, 100 days. The Chinese symbol of male female harmony is perfectly reproduced in this black & white bean! Plants are 15-18" tall. Pods can be eaten young, but best left to mature revealing yin-yang.

  • Soybean Edamame "Sayamusume", 85 days. 2 ft ht. A consistent high yielder. Your taste buds will thank you for the nutritious taste adventure. 3 to 4 light green seeds per pod.
