 |  Home >> Plant List >> Vegetables >> Cucumbers Cucumber Plants available at Belle Vie Gardens- "Diva", 58 days. 2002 AAS Winner. An all-female plant (tiny seeds) which produces 6-8" long, medium green, sweet, burpless cucumbers with a crisp texture. Disease resistant.
- "Sweet Success" Hybrid, 50 days. This all-female plant does not require pollination to set fruit & produces an extra-early harvest of seedless cucumbers. Crisp, tender & sweet.
- "Bush Crop", 55 days. Bushy plant with short 2-3 ft. vines produces full size slicing cukes! Fruit is crisp & juicy with good flavor. Great for small spaces or containers.
- "Lemon" Heirloom, 65-70 days. Dating from the 1890's, this unusual cucumber produces pale yellow round fruit. The flesh is mild & sweet with a crunchy texture. Pick young, when still light colored & thin skinned.
- "Homemade Pickles", 54 days. The short 2-3 ft. vines are vigorous & prolific & work well in small spaces. Crisp texture & good flavor. Pick small for gherkins, medium size for dill spears or large for bread & butter pickles. Good eating fresh, too.
- "National Pickling", 52 days. An old standby. Vines are rambling & prolific. Cucumbers are a dark mottled green. Use the fruit at any size, from 2.5" to 5.5".
- "Cool Breeze" Hybrid, 45 days. Sets fruit without pollination. An early & heavy producer of 4-5" smooth-skin, cornichon type fruit which are great for pickling as well as slicing for salads.
- "Satsuki Madori" Rare, 60-70 days. Long, slender fruits have tender skin and few seeds. Extremely delicious & never bitter. This will quickly become one of your favorites.
- "Suyo Long" Oriental, 60 days. Remarkable Chinese variety producing long, curvaceous fruit. Spiny skin protects the delicious, non-bitter flesh. Almost seedless. Crisp & tender.
- "Summer Dance" F1 Hybrid, 70 days. An elongated Japanese type cuke, perfectly straight & about 10" long. Sweet & mild with smooth skin. Vigorous and prolific with many lateral vines.

Armenian Heirloom, 50-75 days. Mildly flavored, light green, heavily ribbed fruits grow 24-36" (wow!) & will twist if allowed to grow on the ground, straight if trellised.
