Butternut "Waltham", 95-105 days. Classic tan, bell-shaped fruit with bright-orange, moist, sweet, smooth flesh. Stores well into late winter.
Acorn "Table Queen", 85 days. Bush habit. Dark green skin with yellow, dry, sweat flesh. Big yielder & good keeper.
Spaghetti Squash Unusual, 80-90 days. Delicious low-calorie substitute for pasta. Steam or bake 'till tender, then use the squash "spaghetti" strands inside the fruit with your favorite sauce.
